  • Yes, we do have companies like Micromax, Hercules Structural Systems, Good Year Tyres, Statcon Power Controls, etc who hire Mechanical & Civil candidates. Our dedicated Core Industry corporate team is actively working to sign up many more Core companies in near future.
  • Point taken. But , whenever requirement comes, the recruiter gives us 2-3 days to line up the recruitment drive. As a policy, any recruitment drive, once announced, the operations department first tries to fulfill the requirement from the pre-assessed pool rather than contacting the unassessed college for additional pool creation. We are working on pre-assessed pool model wherein the KAT scores are shared with the corporates so that they can make up their mind to shortlist your students.
  • Certainly sir, we are new to the market but that doesn't mean that the product can be offered for free as costs like logistics, test execution, software, server, question bank, etc is involved in conducting 1 KAT exam. Moreover, the corporate interface involves cost too.

For Ex-if Intelligrape Software decides to use KareerMatrix for assessments so they are not going to change the vendor in that FY. To avail different and more no. of opportunities , you should split your budget in more than 1 vendors like us and others.

The price which we are commanding is just the amount of expense which we shall incur in assessing your students. We are doing a noble cause of providing job opportunities to the people in need. We are not buying the database.

  • No, Not necessarily. Any student, studying in any semester/ year is eligible to take KAT.

  • There is no such fixed timings, But on an average we are conducting 1 recruitment drive every 3 days.
  • There is no such commitment of no. of companies but as far as last year's experience is concerned, We were able to rope in 5 recruitment drives for the region. We are in the process of increasing these nos in each region to serve our clients well.

For conducting asssessments, We incur logistics and technology cost. As per company's policy, At best I can provide you the payment split ration of 50:50, i.e 50% of the day of assessments and balance 50% on participation in 1st placement opportunity.
